磁化镀液化学镀层的微观结构
Microstructure of Deposit of Magnetized Electroless Plating Bath
【摘要】 镀液磁化得到的Ni-P化学镀层组织致密,孔隙也较少,经光学金相及透射电镜分析为Ni2P、Ni7P3、Ni12P5等组成的晶体组织。
【Abstract】 After electroless Ni-P solution being magnetized, an electroless deposit, which is compact in structure, low in porisity, is obtained It is demonstrated with TEM that the deposit is crystalline (Ni2P、Ni7P3、Ni12P5) and in normal case the deposit is noncrystalline
