锆英石多孔陶瓷烧结助剂的研究
Investigation on Sintering Aids for the Reaction Sintered Porous Zircon
【摘要】 研究了加入各种反应烧结助剂对锆英石质多孔陶瓷反应烧结过程的影响。试验结果表明,以NaF作为反应烧结助剂可改变锆英石质材料的反应烧结机理,促进了其反应烧结过程。在1150°×2h的烧成条件下可获得具有较高强度的锆英石质多孔陶瓷。
【Abstract】 Various sintering aids and their effects on the reaction sintering process of porous zircon have been investigated. The test results indicated that NaF,as a sintering aid,might alter the sintering mechanism of zircon material and promote the reaction sintering process. Under 1150℃×2h sintering condition,a fairly high strength zircon based porous ceramie body can be ob-tained
