稀土元素化学镀镍工艺研究
RE Electroless NiP Plating
【摘要】 运用SEM研究了在含稀土元素的镀液中化学镀Ni-P合金时初期沉积过程的形貌,并与普通化学镀Ni-P工艺进行了比较。研究表明,添加少量稀土元素能提高镀速,细化镀层晶粒,降低工艺温度,并使镀液稳定性得到提高。
【Abstract】 Abstract The morphology and structure of RE electroless NiP deposits were studied by SEM and compared with plain NiP coatings.The results showed that a small amount of additive addition could decrease bath temperature,improve bath stability and refine grain size. \=
