缓蚀剂BMAT对不锈钢在5%盐酸中(含Fe3+)的缓蚀作用
Corrosion Inhibition Effect of BMAT on Stainless Steel in 5%HCl Containing Fe3+
【摘要】 用失重法及通过测定极化曲线,研究了5%HCl中Fe3+_对316L腐蚀的影响。结果表明,Fe3+能改变不锈钢的阴极反应过程,当其含量超过1.5mmol/L后,316L的腐蚀速度随着Fe3+浓度的增大而增大。溶液中加入BMAT后,对Fe3+的去极化过程有明显的抑制作用,且缓蚀剂的用量需根据Fe3+的浓度来调整,BMAT的使用量为3mmol/L时,酸洗液中Fe3+的浓度应小于1.5mmol/L。
【Abstract】 The corrosion inhibition effect of BMAT on stainlesssteel in 5%HCl containing Fe3+ was studied by weightloss and polarization curve measurements. It wasshown that the Fe3+ could change cathode reactions ofstainless steel. The corrosion rate of stainless steel increased with Fe3+ increasing as the Fe3+ concentrationexceeds 1. 5 m mol/L. BMAT could inhibit depolarization of Fe3+, so the BMAT concentration should beadjusted by virtue of Fe3+ content.
