铝合金阳极氧化过程中腐蚀问题的研究
A Study on Corrosion Occuring in Anodizing Process
【摘要】 研究了6063铝合金中锌含量对铝合金型材阳极氧化前表面预处理过程中发生雪花状腐蚀的影响。结果表明,当合金中锌含量高于0.05%时,型材易发生雪花状腐蚀;锌含量低于0.05%时,型材一般不发生雪花状腐蚀。利用扫描电子探针定量仪对表面进行成分分析发现,在碱洗过程中,锌含量较高的型材表面出现锌富集现象。研究表明,合金中锌元素在城洗过程中,由于溶解与再沉积作用,在型材表面富集,从而使合金表面电化学性质不均匀,造成碱洗不均匀,引发雪花收腐蚀。
【Abstract】 One common corrosion is known as "glavanizing"the pretreatment process of anodlzing. Effects of zinc content in 6063 alloy on galvanizing were. therefore,studied. Zinc content in the alloy above 0. 05% consistently resulted in an unacceptable surface defect as galvanizing. This condition is caused by the build up of zinc from etching processes, which then influence the etching pattern in a non -- random manner. This is probably a result of zinc which dissolves in bath and then reprecipitates on aluminum surface during etching process. This point was verified by EPMA results.
