溶胶-凝胶法制备甲烷部分氧化制合成气用催化剂
NiO/ γ Al 2O 3 CATALYSTS PREPARED BY SOL GEL METHOD FOR PARTIAL OXIDATION OF METHANE TO SYNGAS
【摘要】 用溶胶凝胶法制备了一系列NiO/γAl2O3催化剂,应用低温氮吸附,XRD和TPR等物理化学方法表征了这种新材料的结构和物化性能.结果表明,由于载体与活性组分间的强相互作用,使溶胶凝胶法制备的催化剂具有粒度小,活性组分在载体表面均一高分散和热稳定性好等特点.同时,考察了该催化剂上甲烷部分氧化制合成气的反应性能,发现当Ni含量适当时,可获得高的反应活性和选择性.
【Abstract】 A series of NiO/ γ Al 2O 3 catalysts were prepared by sol gel method. The structure and catalytic properties of these catalysts were characterized by BET, XRD, TPR techniques and the reaction of partial oxidation of CH 4 to syngas. Owing to the strong metal support interaction, the catalysts have such advantages as fine particle, well dispersed, better thermostability and high catalytic activity and selectivity for CO in the partial oxidation of CH 4 to syngas.
