负载型非晶态Cu/SiO2催化剂的非晶性质

【摘要】 以超细SiO2为载体,用KBH4还原Cu2+盐溶液制备了非负载型Cu和负载型Cu/SiO2催化剂.XRD,TEM和电子衍射分析结果表明,负载型Cu/SiO2为完全非晶态,而非负载型Cu中存在着少量晶态Cu.DSC结果表明,非晶态Cu/SiO2的热稳定性明显高于非负载型Cu,说明超细SiO2具有稳定非晶结构的作用.XPS结果表明,还原产物中的铜原子呈Cu0状态.ICP分析结果表明,样品中的B含量均低于01%,只得到超细SiO2负载的单质非晶态Cu.甲酸甲酯氢解反应结果表明,非晶态Cu几乎无活性,非晶态Cu/SiO2在80℃即表现出较高的活性.

【Abstract】 Amorphous Cu and Cu/SiO 2 catalysts are prepared by chemical reduction of Cu2+ with KBH 4. Their phase structures are verified by XRD, TEM and electron diffraction. It is found that Cu/SiO 2 is in amorphous state, but amorphous Cu is partially in crystalline one. The DSC indicates that amorphous Cu/SiO 2 has higher stability. ICP analysis shows that Cu and B do not form amorphous Cu B during chemical reduction, and only single amorphous Cu is got. The hydrogenolysis results of methyl formate exhibit that, the amorphous Cu can not hydrogenate methyl formate to methanol, the amorphous Cu/SiO 2 show higher catalytic activity at 80℃.
