脱氢枞胺聚氧乙烯醚合成及其结构与性能关系研究
Synthesis of N,N-Dipolyoxyethylene Dehydroabietylamine and the Relations between Performances and Chemical Structures
【摘要】 以酸-碱二步催化乙氧基化反应合成了一系列具有不同EO加合数的脱氢枞胺聚氧乙烯醚。对合成条件、产物表面化学性质、缓蚀性能及产品结构与性能关系进行了研究。实验结果表明,合成产品可作为非离子表面活性剂及金属缓蚀剂使用。
【Abstract】 A series of N,N-dipolyoxyethylene dehydroabietylamine with different oxyethylene unit(n) wereexclusively synthesized by two steps catalytic ethyloxylation of dehydroabietylamine.The reaction conditions,physico chemical properties and anticorrosion ability of the products were determined.The relations between performance and chemical structure of the products were investigated as well.The experiment results showed that the products can be used as nonionic surfactants and anticorrosion agents.
