【摘要】 介绍陀螺仪扭杆扭转刚度自动测试仪中专用高精度角位移传感器的设计。该传感器采用电感式传感器测试原理，采用小角度范围内弧线位移折算的方法实现角位移的测量。解决了非接触测量、无测量力影响和传统测角方法与结构不便安装的问题。实验证明，所研制专用传感器满足设计要求，达到设计指标，且具有合理的性能价格比。更多还原

【Abstract】 A new design metbod is introduced on a special high precision angle displacement sensor to the autornatic measuring appantus to twist arrn torsional ri- gidity in the top. The sensor adopts inductance principle and meastures angle displacement by converting are displacement in the range of small angle. The scheme not only solves untouching measure that it will not produce force, but also makes the construction of the precision instrument simple and to be easy to fix. Practical application have proved that the sensor accord with the demands,reach design target and they have high performace/price ratio.更多还原
