温度传感器互换性模糊模式识别系统的研制
The Design of Fuzzy Pattern Recognition System ofTemperature Sensor Exchangeability
【摘要】 互换性差是影响某些新型传感器推广应用的主要因素之一,针对热敏电阻温度传感器生产中对互换性分析的实际需要,提出了利用模糊模式识别理论解决该问题的设想,并得到了一个简洁实用的算法,在此基础上利用计算机和标准总线模板研制成功温度传感器互换性模糊模式识别系统.运行结果表明,系统的各项指标完全达到用户要求.文中所用算法及系统构成方法也可推广至其他传感器的互换性分析.
【Abstract】 Exchangeability is one of the most lmportant factor for the application of somenew sensores. The method of exchangeability analysis is presented for thermistor tempera-ture sensor production. This paper mentioned the ideas for solving it by fuzzy patternrecognition theory, and get a simple and practical algorithm. On the basis successfully de-signs the fuzzy pattern recognition system of temperature sensor. Exchangeability by com-puter and standard bus module. The result shows all target satisfies consumer’s requisi-tion.
