计算机接口技术在图象采集中的应用
An Application of Computer Interface Technique in Image Detection
【摘要】 本文介绍了计算机接口技术在管道内表面质量实时检测系统中的应用, 并论述了设计思想和设计方案。该系统采用全方位光电检测器作为系统的专用输入装置, 并利用微型计算机作为图象采集和检测器精确定位的控制器, 主要用于石油、化学工业中金属管道内表面质量的无损检测, 能实现信息采集、图象处理、识别分类和输出等功能
【Abstract】 This paper is concerned with an application of the computer interface technique in an intelligent system for testing inner walls of pipes. This system uses an omnibearing optoelectronic detector as the special purpose input device , and a microcomputer as the master controller for the image detection and aaccurate fixed position to the detector at arbitrary moment, which is primarily used for real-time inspecting and recognizing the quality of inner walls of high-accuracy metal pipes in the oil and chemical industry, and which fundamental functions include the information acquisition, image processing and recognition, classification and output display.
