【摘要】 通过对历代本草文献典籍的查考，将“川牛膝”药名出现的时间追溯到唐代，首载文献是《仙授理伤续断秘方》。收集、整理了明清以来重要本草典籍对“川牛膝”及“川产牛膝”的药材性状及功效特点的记述，并论述了当代对川牛膝来源的确定情况及对川牛膝功效特点的认识。提出：（１）从唐代至民国时期，本草、方书中对“川产牛膝”、“川牛膝”的形态描述太粗略又少图例，无法确定其原植物；（２）由于历史上“川牛膝”原植物不确定，因此各家对其性味、功效的记述自然有较大的出入。因此认为川牛膝的植物来源应为ＣｙａｔｈｕｌａｏｆｉｃｉｎａｌｉｓＫｕａｎ。并提出川牛膝既能活血化瘀也确有补益作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on reading the materia medica literatiure through the ages, the authors thought that the name of ’Cyathula Officinalis Kuan’was occured since Tang dynasty and the first book in which `Cyathula Officinalis Kuan ’ was mentioned was ″Xianshou Lishang Xuduan Mifng″. The authors collected and sorted out the contents of Cyathula Officinalis Kuan from main materia medica literatures since Ming dynasty to now and studied the characteristics of `Cyathula Officinalis Kuan ’. The results subjected that the description about their characteristics and efficiency were too simple to make a distinction between `Cyathula Officinalis Kuan ’ and Achyranthes produced in 〖WT6BX〗Sichuan〖WT6BZ〗.更多还原
