【摘要】 用自制颅痛灵口服液与血府逐瘀丸对照治疗瘀血头痛患者１７７例，结果表明：治疗组１１７例中，临床治愈４３例，显效２９例，有效３６例，总有效率为９２．３０％；对照组６０例中，临床治愈１７例，显效１７例，有效１５例，总有效率为８１．６７％。二者疗效比较，无统计意义（Ｐ＞０．０５）。表明颅痛灵口服液与血府逐瘀丸对瘀血头痛具有相当疗效。对血液流变学各项指标治疗前后的观察结果表明，具有活血化瘀、通经活络作用的颅痛灵口服液可能通过改善血液流变性，降低血脂，扩张血管而取得降低血压，消除头痛的治疗效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 UMMARY:117 cases of headache due to stasis treated by Lu-tong-ling oral liquid were compared with 60 cases of headache treated by Xuefu Zhuyu decoction.The results showed that in the treated group , the effectiveness was cure in 43, markedly effective in 29, effective in 36 and the general effective rate being 92.03% . Meanwhile, the effectiveness of control group was cure in 17, markedly effective in 17, effective in 15 and the general effective rate being 81.67% . There was no statistically difference between the two groups in their effect (P>0.05) and it was suggested that the effectiveness of Lu-tong-ling oral liquid was same as that of Xuefu Zhuyu decoction. The results also showed that Lu-tong-ling,which function was promoting blood circulating to disperse blood stasis and dredeging the meridian passage, could improve hemorrheology parameters , lower blood lipid and dilate blood vessel to lower blood pressure and reach the therapeutic effects for getting rid of headache.更多还原
