计算机电话集成技术及系统开发
Computer Telephone Integration and the System Design
【摘要】 计算机电话集成技术是一门新兴的多学科交叉的技术，于９０年代迅速崛起并在国外得到了广泛地应用。作者在该文着重介绍了计算机电话集成技术的几个重要方面即结构配置、ＡＰＩ标准、结构平台、外设接口等，并对计算机电话集成系统的开发作了一般性探讨。
【Abstract】 CTI is a new technology which spans over several subjects. It rises quickly in 1990’s and is widely applied abroad. This paper introduces some important aspects of the CTI,including configuration, application programming interface,system architecture,periphery device interface;moreover,this paper makes a general investigation into system design.
