船用操舵系统负载模拟装置的研究
Loading Simulator for Marine Steering System
【摘要】 提出了船用操舵系统负载模拟装置的总体方案。为了克服拟舵面大惯量负载的困难,采用了液压惯性加载系统。利用键图建模和仿真方法对该系统进行了详细的仿真分析,通过系统综合仿真和试验研究,验证了液压惯性负载模拟方案的可行性。
【Abstract】 A general design for loading simulator of the ship steering system is proposed. In order to simulate the large inertia of the ship rudder,the hydraulic inertia loading system is introduced into the simulator. The bond graph modelling and simulation method are used to analyze the system for its nonlinear and time-varying characteristics. The simulation and experimental results show that the design of the hydraulic inertia loading system is feasible.
