药芯焊丝CO2焊焊道几何尺寸的数学模型
Mathematical Model for the Bead-size of CO2 Arc Welding with Flux-cored Wire
【摘要】 采用相对因子技术,建立了药芯焊丝CO2焊焊道的几何尺寸和形状关系的数学模型。它是电弧电压、焊接电流、焊速、喷嘴的放置距离和焊枪角度之间的函数。据此,可利用计算机预测焊道几何尺寸,为进一步优化焊接参数作了理论准备。
【Abstract】 By adopting relative facter technology,the mathematical model for the bead-size and geometrical dimension of CO2 arc welding with flux-cored wire is established. It is a function of arc voltage ,welding current ,welding speed,position of nozzle as well as the preset angle of welding gun. Based upon this ,the bead-size can be predicted by means of computer so as to provide a theoretical basis for further optimation of welding parameters.
