良种安(IVS)的遗传毒理检测

【摘要】 目的:检测良种安的遗传毒理。方法:本研究对良种安进行了LD50测定;检测了小白鼠在不同剂量良种安作用下的微核率、染色体畸变率;并对大剂量组仔鼠的微核率和染色体畸变率进行了检测。结果:良种安的LD50为794g/;1/16LD50剂量对小白鼠的微核率、染色体畸变率无显著影响(P>0.05),而1/8LD50和1/4LD50剂量均有显著性影响(P<0.05);良种安对大剂量组仔代没有显著的致突变效应(P>0.05)。结论:该药用于保存粮食,剂量应控制在1/16LD50剂量以下。

【Abstract】 Objective:To test the genotoxicity of IVS.Methods:The LD50 of IVS was determined in this study. The micronucleus rate and chromosomal aberration rate of mice were tested with different dosage of IVS. Furthermore the micronucleus rate and chromosomal aberration rate of the young of the high-dose groups were tested.Results:The LD50 of IVS was 7.94 g/. The 1/16 LD50 dosage had no significant effect on the micronucleus rate and chromosomal aberration rate of the mice(P>0.05),but both 1/8 LD50 and 1/4 LD50 dosage had significant effect on them(P<0.05). IVS had no obvious mutagenicity effect on the young of the high ̄dose groups.Conclusion:When this powder is used to protect grain,the dosage should be controlled under 1/16 LD50.
