蔬菜纸形食品滚筒成形的参数优化
Parameter Optimization of Vegetable Paper Food’s Drum Drying & Forming
【摘要】 本文以青菜为典型物料,以滚筒成形试验台为主要试验设备,对青菜纸形食品加工工艺参数和设备的结构参数及运动参数进行了研究,确定出参数的最优值。
【Abstract】 This paper, a greengrocery as its typical object, a drum forming test - bed as its main facility, studies the machining technology parameter as well as structure parameter and movement paramter of facility for the greengrocery paper food, ascertains the best parameter.
