【摘要】 目的：研究重度妊娠高血压综合征（妊高征）患者胎盘绒毛组织中内皮素１（ＥＴ１）ｍＲＮＡ的表达，探讨ＥＴ１与妊高征的关系。方法：用地高辛标记的内皮素１ｃＤＮＡ探针对重度妊高征患者及正常对照组产妇胎盘绒毛组织总ＲＮＡ行斑点印迹杂交。利用ＬｅｉｃａＱＷＩＮ图像处理及分析系统测量每个杂交点的平均光密度值。结果：妊高征组患者胎盘绒毛组织ＥＴ１ｍＲＮＡ的表达较正常妊娠组明显增高。结论：重度妊高征患者胎盘绒毛组织ＥＴ１表达增强可能引起全身血管痉挛，导致妊高征，同时也可能与妊高征易并发胎儿宫内发育迟缓有关更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the expression of endothelin l(ET 1) mRNA in the villus of pre eclampsia and the relationship between the ET 1 and pre eclampsia. Methods: Dot blotting, using DIG labeled human ET 1 cDNA probe, was used to examine the expression of the ET 1 gene in placental villus tissues of women with normal gestation and pre eclampsia. Leica QWIN image disposal and analysis system was used to assess mean OD of every dot. Results: The level of ET 1mRNA in placental villus was significantly higher in pre eclamptic women than that in control group. Conclusion: Perhaps increase of expression of ET 1 gene in placental villus of pre eclampsia resulted in systemic vessel spasm which induced pre eclampsia. It was also one of the causes of pre eclampsia complicated by intrauterine growth retardation.更多还原
