丝裂素活化蛋白激酶介导同型半胱氨酸诱导的血管平滑肌细胞增生
HOMOCYSTEINE INDUCES THE PROLIFERATION OF VESSEL SMOOTH MUSCLE CELLS MEDIATED BY MITOGENACTIVATED PROTEIN KINASE
【摘要】 目的:研究同型半胱氨酸(HCY)促进血管平滑肌细胞(VSMC)的增殖及其机制。方法:采用同位素技术测定3HTdR参入和丝裂素活化蛋白激酶(MAPK)活性。结果:HCY促进VSMC增殖,同时HCY增加MAPK活性,二者均具有剂量效应关系,而且二者之间呈显著正相关。结论:HCY促进VSMC增殖,可能是通过增加MAPK活性的途径实现的
【Abstract】 Objective:To study the effect of homocysteine(HCY) on the proliferation of vessel smooth muscle cells(VSMC) and its mechanism. Methods:3HTdR incorporation and the activity of mitogenactivated protein kinase(MAPK) were assayed with isotopic methods. Results:HCY induced the proliferation of VSMC, and increased the activity of MAPK. There was a dose-dependent relationship for both of them. And there was a positive correlation between them. Conclusion:HCY induced the proliferation of VSMC probably by increasing the activity of MAPK.
