控释剂对表面酸蚀的牛牙釉质再矿化研究

【摘要】 在模拟人工口腔中,含氟控释剂释放出的F-与人工唾液中的Ca2+等离子组成一个矿化系统,可对牛牙釉质早期龋进行再矿化,使硬度值上升,初步证实此中期控释系统(10~15d)对人工龋有再矿化效果.

【Abstract】 in the model of man-made oral cavity, controlled release agent of F- released F- which composed a mineralized system with Ca2+, PO3-4 and other ions in the artificial saliva. The system could remineralize onto the surface erosion in bovine enamel, its hardness value went up. It showed that the controlled release system of middle term (10~15d) had remine-ralization effed to man-made dental caries.
