【摘要】 对氮蓝四唑（NBT）-光照法实验操作进行了改进，用改进后的光照法测定了2种自制的SOD模拟物Cu（Gly-Gly）H2O和Cu（Ser）2与超氧阴离于自由基O2-应的动力学参数，其值与其他方法所测一致．对改进效果进行了讨论和评价．结果表明，经改进的光照法在简化操作、提高效益及测量精度方面有很大改观．更多还原

【Abstract】 NBT-illumination method is modified. Kinetic parameters for the reactions of analogues of SOD-Cu(Gly-Gly)H2O and Cu(Ser)2 with superoxide anion radical are measured by the modified method, these parameters correspond to the reported values measured by other methods. The effects of modification of NBT-illumination method are discussed and evaluated. The result shows that the modified method simplifies operation, decreases costs and improves precision.更多还原
