富底物条件下活性污泥微生物合成-能量代谢理论
ANABOLISM-CATABOLISM THEORY OF ACTIVATED SLUDGE MICROORGANISMS UNDER SUBSTRATE-SUFFICIENT CONDITIONS
【摘要】 从底物物质平衡出发,在提出新的代谢概念基础上,系统地建立了描述富底物条件下微生物合成-能量代谢行为的生物数学模型体系.解决了困扰微生物学领域近半个世纪的底物浓度对微生物能量分离的影响问题.同时,为从根本上解决活性污泥法中剩余污泥产生的问题指明了方向.
【Abstract】 How to interpret metabolic behaviors of activated sludge microorganisms under substrate-sufficient conditions has been one of the key research interests in the fields of microbiology and environmental engineering. Based on study of metabolic theory, this paper established a series of bioenergetic models describing the relationship between microbial anabolism-catabolism and S_O/X_O ratio. These models can satisfactorily explain experimental data. Results show that more than 50% of substrate was consumed through energy uncoupling.
