【Abstract】 Objective:Observation on the genetic damage effect of panaxadiol saponia (PDS) on mouse somatic cell and germ cell. Methods:Abnormal sperm test of mouse and the mironucleus test of mouse bone marorow cell (MNT) were used. Results:PDS itself could not increase sperm aberration and MN frequencies;the difference was not remarkable (P>0. 05).
