【摘要】 目的 :研究孕妇宫内感染解脲支原体 (Uu)后对新生儿出生体重的影响。方法 :利用 PCR技术检测 46例足月新生儿胎盘组织、脐静脉血及咽吸出物中解脲支原体感染状况。结果 :Uu+的胎盘平均重量与 Uu-的胎盘平均重量相比差异显著 (P<0 .0 5)。胎盘 Uu+的足月新生儿平均出生体重较 Uu-的足月新生儿平均出生体重低 41 1 g,差异显著 (P<0 .0 5)。足月小样儿胎盘 Uu感染率为75% (3/4) ,而足月正常儿胎盘 Uu感染率为 2 1 .43% ,差异显著 (P=0 .0 4 9)。咽吸出物、脐血 Uu+的足月新生儿平均体重虽然较 Uu-组低 ,但无显著差异。结论 :宫内胎盘 Uu感染可致新生儿出生体重降低更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effect of Ureaplasma urealyticum intrauteral infection in uterus on the birth weight of newborns.Methods:The placental tissue,venous serum of umbilical cord and throat aspirates of 46 cases of full term newborns were detected by PCR technique.Results:The mean birth weight of newborns was 4ll g lower than that of Uu - ( P <0 05).There were no differences in throat aspirates and umbilical venous serum between Uu - and Uu + group.The mean weight of Uu + placenta (487.5 gram) was significantly lower than that of Uu - placenta (540.9 gram)( P <0 05).The positive rate of Uu in the placental tissue of full term low birth weight newborns was 75% (3/4) which was significantly higher than that of normal full term newborns (21 43%)( P =0 049),but there were no differences in umbilical venous serum bettween Uu - group and Uu + group.Conclusion:The ureaplamas urealyticum infection of placenta in uterus can decrease the birth weight of full term newborns更多还原
