新型骨科生物降解材料对大鼠心、肝、肾功能及体内多种代谢物质含量的影响
Effect of a newly synthetic biodegradable materials for orthopaedics on organ function of albino rat in different degradation period
【摘要】 目的:研究新型骨科生物降解材料聚已内酯对动物一些生理指标的影响。方法:采用全自动生化分析仪,分析大鼠的相关指标。结果:研制合成的不同材料在不同降解时间对发育大鼠血液中红细胞、白细胞、血红蛋白及血小板的影响较小。除大分子量PCL短时间内影响动物心功能外,其它共聚物对动物的心、肝、肾功能无明显影响。结论:材料本身及降解产物无明显毒性。
【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the influence of Poly (ε-caprolactone) (PCL) and its Polymer in thebiochewhcal changes of rats. Methods: Using automatic biochemical analysiser to detect the relevent values ofmouse. Results: No significant biological changes were found in the cardic,renal and hepatic functions of the exPerimental animals. The RBC,WBC,Hb were among the normal range compared with control groups. No obvious toxic effects of the POoymers were found in this research. Conclusion :The result showed that the newly orthopaedic biodegradable materials have better histocompatibility than that of original Poly (glycolicacid) (PGA),Poly (lactic acid) (PLA) and its polymer. And these products have reached or surpassed the products of thesame kinds in foreign countries. Furthermore,the technology was simplified and the cost were cut 6-8 times.
