【Abstract】 Cut flowers of the lily cultivar ’ Gran Paracliso’ were treated with different pre - treat- ment solutions , stored at 2 ℃ and 4℃ respectively ,and then put into vases with a preservative. The results indicated that the vaselife longevity of the cut lily , by the 2nd preservative with 0. 2mM STS , 10% sucrose , 0. 1g/LCA and 1mM MgCl2 , was longest under normal tempera- ture ; at the same time , the vaselife longevity was longer with 2 ℃ storage and the 2nd preserva- tive treatment than with 4 ℃ and other preservatives.更多还原
