La2O3对锂铝硅系统微晶玻璃的影响

【摘要】 研究了稀土氧化物La2O3对Li2O-Al2O3-SiO2系微晶玻璃的加工性能及物理特性的影响。结果表明,少量La2O3能增加玻璃液的粘度,玻璃的熔融温度和析晶温度比未加La2O3的分别增加20℃和5℃左右。该微晶玻璃的热膨胀系数随La2O3含量的增加而降低。当La2O3加入到0.1摩尔百分比时,其热膨胀系数比未加La2O3的相同组成的微晶玻璃降低约33%。

【Abstract】 The effect of rare earth oxide La 2O 3 on the processing behavior and properties of the Li 2O-Al 2O 3-SiO 2 glass-ceramics has been investigated. The results indicate that a small amount of La 2O 3 increases the viscosity of the glass melt. The melting temperatures and crystallization of the glasses increased by about 20℃ and 5℃ respectively as compared with that of without La 2O 3. The coefficients of thermal expansion (CTE) of these glass-ceramics decrease with the increasing of La 2O 3 contents. When the amount of La 2O 3 increased to 0.1mol%, the CTE dropped by about 33% compared with that of the same composition glass-ceramics without La 2O 3.
