Li2O-CaO-Al2O3-SiO2系微晶搪瓷面釉的研究
Study on Microcrystalline Enamel of Li2O-CaO-Al2O3-SiO2 System
【摘要】 在Li2O-CaO-Al2O3-SiO2系统中加入ZrO2,TiO2作为晶核剂,制得的微晶搪瓷具有高硬度、高耐磨性及高抗冲击强度。测定了该微晶搪瓷的某些性能,并借助X-射线衍射仪及扫描电子显微镜,观察和分析了存在于微晶搪瓷中的晶体的种类及其形貌,并讨论了几个有关的问题。
【Abstract】 The vitro-microcrystalline enamel based on Li2O-CaO-Al2O3-SiO2 system with additive ZrO2,TiO2 as nucleating agent is of high hardness, wear resistance and impact resistance. Some properties of this enamel were measured, and its microstructure was examined by using X-ray diffraction and SEM. Some discussions were carried out in this paper.
