关于粒细胞集落刺激因子来源的探讨

【摘要】 应用G-CSFELISA试剂盒,分别测定了48例怀孕37~38周健康孕妇静脉血清,50例正常足月儿脐静脉血清和49例脐动脉血清G-CSF阳性率和含量。结果他们的阳性率分别为8.33%,74%和8.16%,并测定了37例阳性脐静脉血中G-CSF的含量,结果S/N均值为5.90±3.95,经统计学处理,脐静脉血和孕妇静脉血阳性率有显著性差异(P<0.01),脐静脉血与脐动脉血阳性率也有显著性差异(P<0.01)。

【Abstract】 The GCSF ELISA test boxes were applied to detect the GCSF positive rates and contents in vein serum of forty-eight healthy women with pregnancy from thirty-seven to thirty-eight weeks, inumbilical vein serums of fifty normal appropriate for gestational age infants and in umbilical artery serums of forty-nine normal appropriate for gestational age infants. The results showed that their positive rates were 8.33%,74%,8.16% respectively. We also detected the contents of the GCSF in thirty-seven positive umbilical vein serums. The results showed that the S/N was 5.90±3.95. From statistic analysis, we found that the differences in the positive rates between umbilical vein serums and pregnant women’s vein serums were significant (P<0.01),and the differences in positive rates between umbilical vein serums and umbilical artery serums were much large(P<0.01).
