【摘要】 １３８例７０岁以上高龄患者，均伴有不同程度的内科疾病，其中两个以上系统内科疾病７３例。应用孟氏力臂式外固定架改良法治疗股骨粗隆间骨折，术中无死亡。除１０例术后死于内科疾病外，全部骨折均在１２～２０周内愈合。该法扩大了股骨粗隆间骨折治疗的适应证，打击小，安全可靠，降低了高龄股骨粗隆间骨折患者的并发症及死亡率更多还原

【Abstract】 138 patients with an average age 79 years,70～96 years,were treated with levershaped external fixator for intertrachanteric fractures,no death of operation.All of them were complicated with various kinds of internal medical diseases,and 73 of them suffered from diseases involving more than two systems. All of them were recovered from fracture within 10～20 weeks,except for 10 cases died of internal medical diseases,postoperatively, 6 cases developed pin tart infection which was well controlled by wound care and antibiotics.Follow up study through a period of 05～10 years,it has been found that sound union of fracture in all patients,891% of them got excellent function.It is concluded that this kind of external fixator widens the scope of indication for treatment of intertrochanteric fracture of the femur,and is safe and reliable,with less stress.Besides,it reduces complications and mortality of intertrochanteric fracture in the aged.更多还原
