【摘要】 自1986年以来共手术治疗肘管综合征10例。根据本组病例治疗经验，作者提出本病手术和非手术治疗指征。非手术治疗时应避免肘关节内侧受压及持续或频繁屈肘。如非手术治疗3个月症状不缓解，最好采取手术治疗。手术时防止尺神经新的嵌压。更多还原

【Abstract】 10 cases of cubital tunnel syndrome had been treated by operation since 1986. According to the experince of treatment from this group,authors proposed an operation and non-operation indications on this disease. It should be avoided to press the elbow joint medialy and to flexthe elbow joint continually or frequently when this diseaseis treated by non-operation methods. Ifnon-operation treatment fails within 3 months,an operation should be taken. A new entrapmenton the niner nerve should be prevented in the operation.更多还原
