大众健美操锻炼对肢体协调性及心功能的影响
Effects of Popular Aerobic Exercise Training on Coordination of Limbs and Cardiac Functions of the Body
【摘要】 健美操运动是人们喜爱参加的体育运动项目,是实现《全民健身计划纲要》的重要途径之一。现代体育的发展要求健美操的科学性,基于这一认识,就大众健美操创编的合理性和对人体影响的有效性进行探讨,为大众健美操科学地向前发展提供参考依据
【Abstract】 Aerobic exercises are one of the sports events which people like to take part in. They are one of the important ways to realize the National Fitness Program. The development of modern sport requires that aerobic exercises should be scientific. Based on this knowledge, the rationality of the creation and the arrangement of the popular aerobic exercises as well as their effects on the body were discussed in order to provide reference for developing popular aerobic exercises scientifically.
