模拟高原训练对小鼠骨骼肌代谢的影响
Effects of Mimic Altitude Training on Skeletal Muscle Metabolism in Mice
【摘要】 观察小鼠骨骼肌代谢能力在高原训练返回平原后三周内的变化趋势,对高原训练后生理效应的时相性变化特点进行初步研究。结果显示:在模拟高原训练(2300±50m)四周后的平原效应期间,小鼠骨路肌代谢酶MDH活性呈现继续增加的趋势,并且这种趋势在返回平原后第10天和第ZI天更为显著,预示骨赂肌代谢能力在该阶段具有明显优势。
【Abstract】 The tendency of the changes of metabolic capacities of skeletal muscles in mice was observed withinthree weeks after returning to the sea-level from altitude training. Preliminary researches were carried out onthe characteristics of the phasic changes of physiological effects after altitude training. The results showedthat after mimic altitude (2300±5O m) training for four weeks, at the sea-level the metabolic enzyme MDHactivity of skeletal muscles in mice tended to continuous increase And the tendency of increasing was morenotable on the loth and the 21st days after returning to the sea-level, which indicated that the metabolic ca-pacities of skeletal muscles was remarkably superior during this period.
