补肾药延缓老年大鼠下丘脑-垂体-甲状腺轴的功能退化
Effect of Tonifying Kidney Chinese Medicine on Retarding Senile Change of Hypothalamus-Pituitary-Thyroid Axis Function in Old Rats
【摘要】 用放射免疫分析和高效液相测定不同组织和血液的激素和神经递质含量,以观察补肾益精方药──固真方对老年大鼠下丘脑-垂体-甲状腺轴作用的影响。结果表明:(1)与青年对照组比较,老年大鼠下丘脑T3R、TRH明显降低,垂体TSH呈低下趋势;(2)老年大鼠血清T3、T4含量明显下降,而rT3则显著增高;血清TRH和TSH呈代偿性增高;而血浆亮氨酸脑啡肽(L-EK)含量则明显降低;(3)老年大鼠大脑皮层去甲肾上腺素(NE)含量明显下降,而下丘脑L-EK则显著增加。固真方能不同程度地纠正上述各项指标的老年性变化,改善老年大鼠下丘脑-垂体-甲状腺(HPT)轴的功能低下状态,以延缓机体衰老。
【Abstract】 The effects of kidney tonifying and essence benefiting prescription - Guzhen recipe(GZ) on hypothalamus - pituitary - thyroid(HPT) axis in old rats were observed. The resultsshowed: (l) in comparison with young control rats, the binding sites of T3 receptor(T3R) andcontent of TRH in senile rat hypothalamus were significantly decreased and TSH content of thepituitary gland tended to reduce; (2 ) serum contents of T3 and T4 in old rats were obviouslylowered, rT3 was markedly increased, TRH and TSH compensatorily were elevated, while theplasma leucine - enkephalin (L - EK ) was significantly increased; (3) the content of norepinepherin in the cerebral cortex of senile rats was obviously decreased, while the hypothalamus L- EK was markedly increased than that of young control rats. Guzhen recipe may alleviate theabove - mentioned changes in old rats to certain degree, retard aging process via improving thelowered functional status of HPT axis in old rats.
