林木同工酶遗传多样性研究进展
A Review on Forest Trees Genetic Diversity at the Isozyme Level
【摘要】 该文着重阐述了林木在同工酶水平上的变异模式,指出林木,特别是裸子植物是生物中遗传变异最大的物种,而且林木种内存在着丰富的变异,群体间分化程度低;等位基因频率及杂合度等多样性指标常与一些环境因子存在相关关系;比较了天然林与人工林(包括种子园、试验林)子代的遗传多样性水平,发现在合理建园并采取适当营林措施时,种子园(或人工林)子代的多样性水平并不会降低.此外,还分析了影响林木遗传变异的因子,并概述了保存林木遗传多样性的几种策略.
【Abstract】 This paper formulates the recent trends and prospects on genetic diversity patterns of forest trees at the isozyme level.Gymnosperms have the highest genetic variation among the creatures.A great quantity of genetic variation lied in forest trees and less differentiation was found between populations within species.Some parameters, such as the allele frequencies and heterozygosity, are often related to some enviromental factors.Comparing with the progeny genetic diversity of natural stands, the progeny genetic diversity of artificial stands(e.g.seed orchards) had no obvious decreases for the appropriate measures were taken.Moreover, factors influencing the forest trees genetic variation are analyzed and some of strategies on conserving genetic diversity are put forward.
