基于 JPEG 标准实时图像编码系统的研究

【摘要】 目的设计并研制一种基于JPEG标准的组合型实时(准实时)图像编码压缩处理系统.方法分开研制数字图像采集子系统和图像编码压缩子系统,既可单独应用,也可联合工作,以逐帧完成对图像的实时(准实时)编、解码.两个子系统分别选用高性能数字解码芯片集、视频窗口控制器、CL550-JPEG标准图像编码专用处理器.结果系统性能良好,运行可靠.结论系统设计思想正确合理,具有较高的性能价格比.

【Abstract】 Aim\ Based on JPEG standard, to design and develop a combined real or quasireal time image coding system Methods\ This system was composed of an image capture subsystem and an image coding subsystem, which could be applied either separately or jointly By applying digital capture technique, the image capture subsystem was composed of a set of digital video signal decoder with high performance and video window controller By using the CL550 JPEG compression processor, the image coding subsystem could code and decode an image in a manner of real or quasireal time Results\ The experiments showed that the performance of this system is fine and reliable Conclusion\ The designing idea is rational and practical, and the ratio of performance to price of the system is good
