【摘要】 目的研究机械零件的耐磨损可靠寿命定量计算方法.方法依据可靠性理论,导出了机械零件耐磨损可靠寿命计算的数学模型,并利用推力滑动轴承磨损测量机进行了试验,测定了零件的磨损速度.结果根据测得的零件磨损速度值,利用建立的数学模型,提出了基于精密测量为基础的机械零件耐磨损可靠寿命计算的理论和方法.结论这种理论和方法对机械零件耐磨损可靠寿命估计具有普遍意义.

【Abstract】 Aim\ To study the calculation method of wear resistant reliable life of mechanical parts Methods\ According to reliability theory, a mathematical model for wear resistant reliable life was developed, and the wear rate of a mechanical part through a studied apparatus of on line measurements of accelerated wear for sliding thrust bearings were obtained Results\ Using the measured wear rate and the developed mathematical model, the scientific theory and calculation method of wear resistant reliable life of mechanical parts, which were based on precision measurements, were established Conclusion\ This theory and method will be universally available to wear resistant reliable life estimation for mechanical parts
