两种模糊控制图的诊断理论
Diagnosis with Two Kinds of Fuzzy Control Charts
【摘要】 为了深入分析生产线上各道工序之间的责任,提出了2种模糊控制图的诊断理论.首先提出了基于模糊判异的全控图和选控图,这2类控制图在判异的同时,分别给出了反应本工序总质量和分质量异常程度的模糊判异度,从而可以充分利用和传递生产过程的信息.然后,分类给出了2种模糊控制图的诊断结果分析表.
【Abstract】 To make full use of process information and analyze the responsibility within different processes in a production line,fuzzy diagnosis theory with two kinds of control charts is proposed.First,two kinds of control charts based on fuzzy judgment are proposed,then fuzzy diagnosis tables with two kinds of control chart are also proposed.
