【摘要】 使用溶胶凝胶法制备了有支撑体的ＳｉＯ２凝胶膜，探讨了溶胶浓度、粘度、干燥控制剂的加入和凝胶化时间等条件对凝胶膜形成的影响。结果表明，ＴＥＯＳ＋Ｈ２Ｏ＋Ｃ２Ｈ５ＯＨ＝１＋６＋８，添加适量干燥控制剂，溶胶易于涂膜，并能形成较完整无裂纹的ＳｉＯ２凝胶膜。更多还原

【Abstract】 The SiO₂ gelatinate membranes on kieselguhr or Al₂O₃ support were prepared by sol-gel method from tetrathylorthosilicate （TEOS） solutions, the effects of sols concentration, viscosity, gleatination time and the amount of drying control chemical additive （DCCA） added in these solutions on the process of gelatinate membranes formation were investigated. It was shown that the solutions of TEOS+H₂O+C₂H₅OH=1+6+8 by the addition of DCCA are good for preparing uniform SiO₂ gelation membranes.更多还原
