非对称SiO2凝胶膜的制备与性能研究

【摘要】 使用溶胶凝胶法制备了有支撑体的SiO2凝胶膜,探讨了溶胶浓度、粘度、干燥控制剂的加入和凝胶化时间等条件对凝胶膜形成的影响。结果表明,TEOS+H2O+C2H5OH=1+6+8,添加适量干燥控制剂,溶胶易于涂膜,并能形成较完整无裂纹的SiO2凝胶膜。

【Abstract】 The SiO2 gelatinate membranes on kieselguhr or Al2O3 support were prepared by sol-gel method from tetrathylorthosilicate (TEOS) solutions, the effects of sols concentration, viscosity, gleatination time and the amount of drying control chemical additive (DCCA) added in these solutions on the process of gelatinate membranes formation were investigated. It was shown that the solutions of TEOS+H2O+C2H5OH=1+6+8 by the addition of DCCA are good for preparing uniform SiO2 gelation membranes.
