含稀土元素的奥氏体不锈钢型耐腐蚀热喷涂粉芯线材的研究
The Study on Austenitic Stainless Steel Corrosion-Resistant Thermal Spraying Cored Wires with Rare-Earth Elements
【摘要】 研制了含稀土元素的奥氏体不锈钢型耐腐蚀热喷涂粉芯线材,并进行了电弧喷涂试验,测试了喷涂层的性能.试验结果表明:涂层具有良好的喷涂工艺性.稀土的加入能提高喷涂层的结合强度及在氧化性介质中的抗腐蚀能力,并能降低孔隙率.
【Abstract】 The austenitic stainless steel corrosion-resistant thermal spraying cored wifeswith rare-earth elements were developed. The experimental research shows that all thedeveloped wires possess good thermal spraying usability. Owing to the rare-earthelements added,adhesions of the coatings and the corrosion-resistance of the coatings inoxide solutions increase while the porosity decreases.
