高强度耐海水腐蚀不锈钢00Cr26Ni6Mo4CuTiAl的焊接性研究

【摘要】 研究了00Cr26Ni6Mo4CuTiAl不锈钢的焊接性及其焊接工艺问题,在熔敷金属强度低于母材的情况下,预热到200℃,以低的线能量(0.78kJ/mm)施焊,可以得到无裂纹的焊接接头;其机械性能略低于母材,热影响区的耐点蚀性能与母材相当.

【Abstract】 The weldability and welding technology of the stainless steel00Cr26Ni6Mo4CuTiAl was studied. As it turned out that when the strength of the welddeposit was lower than the base benal, the cracking-free welding joint could beobtained through preheating (200℃), by controlling the temperature between two passes(<200℃) and selecting low heat input (0.78KJ/mm). Its mechanical properties wereslightly lower than base material, and the pitting corrosion resistance was equal to thebase material.
