【Abstract】 This paper introduces a new method for measuring modulation transfer function (MTF) of charge coupled devices (CCD). The MTF of CCDs is measured by a sine signal, which is obtained by a dynamic frequency－changed sine grating, and the spatial frequency of targets can be changed continuously. Therefore itis very simple to process the experiment data. At the same time, the target is introduced without any optical system, so the influence of optical system can be eliminated.更多还原
