固体火箭药柱使用寿命预测主曲线的研究

【摘要】 目前固体火箭药柱贮存失效临界点是假设确定的,再采用外推法预测其使用寿命。本文采用药柱空穴率非接触测试技术和热老化累积损伤法,实测得HMX-CMDB(复合改性双基药)药柱的贮存失效临界点,根据时温等效原理求得使用寿命预测主曲线,预测得它的使用寿命。该方法大大地提高了使用寿命预测的精度,其结果具有重要的实用意义。

【Abstract】 The critical storage life for solid rocket grains is conventionally presumed and service life predicted by extrapolation at the present. With the aid of discontiguous diagnostic technology and cumulative damage using thermal aging, thecritical storage life is determined as is presented in the paper. According to theprinciple of time-temperature equivalence, the master curve for service life prediction and the service life of HMX-CMDB rocket grains are obtained and its accuracyhas been greatly increased. The results as given in the paper are of practical significance for the service life prediction of solid rocket grains.
