ZnS 电致发光材料中电离杂质的散射
The Scattering Rate of Ionized Impurity in ZnS Electroluminescent Material
【摘要】 基于量子理论中分波法的思想,利用相移分析的方法,建立了电致发光材料中电离杂质对电子散射的物理模型,通过数值分析,得出了散射概率随电子能量、温度、杂质电荷及杂质浓度的变化规律.
【Abstract】 Scattering process caused by ionized impurities in ZnS is studied based on the phase analysis method. A program is developed to calculate the scattering probability under a serial of conditions. The relations between the scattering probability and electron energy, temperature, valence charge and impurity concentration are gained respectively by numerical analysis.
