提高3Cr2W8V钢压铸模具寿命的热处理工艺研究
STUDY ON HEAT TREATING PROCESS FOR INCREASING 3Cr2W8V PRESSURE CASTING DIE LIFE
【摘要】 通过对3Cr2W8V钢电机转子铝压铸模具失效原因的分析研究,提出了适合此模具正常服役的性能要求。在此基础上,试验了不同工艺处理后,试样的冲击韧性αK、断裂韧度KⅠC,结果表明,将新工艺和加碘气体氮碳共渗工艺应用于铝压铸模具,显著地提高了模具的寿命。
【Abstract】 By analizing the failure cause of 3Cr2W8V pressure casting die in pressure casting aluminum motor rotator, the property requirements were given in this paper. By testing а K and K IC of the specimen after heat treatment, an advanced heat treating process and gas carbonitriding process with catalyst accelerator of iodine was found. It proved that the life of pressure casting die was increased after treating with this new advanced procdss.
