用钢-镍磷合金替代2Cr13不锈钢的研究

【摘要】 用钢-镍磷合金替代闸阀材料2Cr13不锈钢,研究了该合金和有关闸阀材料的性能。结果表明,35CrMo钢-Ni(P)合金结合牢固,拉伸、冲击性能均能保持正常值,具有良好的耐磨性和抗腐蚀性能,符合静压寿命试验要求,可以替代2Cr13不锈钢材料

【Abstract】 The steel-nickel(phosphorus) alloy was used to sustitute for 2Cr13 stainless steel, and the properties of the alloy and the materials concerning valve were researched in this paper. The testing results exhibited that 35CrMo-Ni(P) this material adhered firmly, the tensile and impact properties could maitain appropriate values, the alloy attained the static pressure testing level with higher wear and corrosion resistance, which can substitute for 2Cr13 stainless steel.
