【摘要】 目的：通过不同的致痛、致炎模型，观察消肿定痛膏的镇痛、抗炎作用。方法：采用小鼠热板法和扭体法，观察药物的镇痛作用；用小鼠耳片法和足爪法，观察药物的抗炎作用。结果：消肿定痛膏可显著延长小鼠疼痛潜伏期，减少醋酸引起的扭体次数。其作用优于炎痛好，而与红花油相似。消肿定痛膏对小鼠耳片和足爪的肿胀度有明显的抑制作用，抑制率与红花油相似而强于炎痛好。结论：消肿定痛膏有较好的镇痛、抗炎作用，疗效与红花油相似。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the anti inflammatory and analgesic effects of Xiaozhongdingtonggao in mice.Methods:The hot plate and writhing tests were used for examining the analgesic effect and degree of inhibition of swelling of ear and footpad induced by benzine or carrageenin increased in incubation mice for examining the anti inflammatory effect of Xiaozhongdingtonggao.Results:Xiaozhongdingtonggao markedly prolonged the time of pain in mice in hot place test and reduced the writhing in mice caused by Hac.Its analgesic effect was more potent than that of Yantonghao and was close to that of carthamus oil.Xiaozhongdingtonggao showed to have a strong suppressing effect on swelling of the footpad and ear.Its anti inflammatory effect was similar to that of carthamus oil and was better than that of Yantonghao.Conclusions:These results show that Xiaozhongdingtonggao has a good anti inflammatory and analgesic effects similar to those of carthamus oil in mice.更多还原
