【摘要】 目的：探讨不动杆菌在阴道感染中的意义及药物敏感性。方法：经阴道分泌物分离培养并诊断为不动杆菌阴道感染４０例，根据该菌的药敏试验选敏感药物治疗。结果：丁胺卡那霉素、氧氟沙星与多粘菌素Ｂ治疗不动杆菌阴道感染的总疗效均在８８．０％以上，差异无显著性（Ｈｃ＝０．００８９，Ｐ＞０．０５）。结论：不动杆菌常与它菌混合感染可采用敏感药物综合治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the clinical manifestations and drug susceptibility of acinetobacter vaginal infection.Methods:Diagnosis is made of 40 cases of vaginal infection on the basis of the acinetabacter isolated from vaginal secretion and treatment is thereafter conducted with drugs according to its antibiotic sensitivity tests.Results:The effectiveness in treatment with amikacin,ofloxacin and polymyxin B were all more than 80.0 %.Their differences were not significant( Hc =0.0089, P >0.05).Conclusions:Acinetobacter vaginal infections are often mixed with other organisms and comprehensive treatment with other sensitive drugs is often preferable.更多还原
