【摘要】 目的：研究普鲁卡因对１０％ＳＲＢＣ诱发小鼠迟发性变态反应的影响。方法：采用１０％ＳＲＢＣ注射小鼠跖部皮下诱发迟发性变态反应。实验组腹腔注射普鲁卡因。以生理盐水、氢化考的松分别为空白及阳性对照组。比较足跖肿胀程度、重量及病理差异。结果：普鲁卡因组两足肿胀度差值、两足重量差值及真皮炎性细胞浸润数与生理盐水对照组相比均明显减轻（Ｐ＜０．０１）。结论：普鲁卡因能减轻１０％ＳＲＢＣ诱发的迟发性变态反应更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the effect of procaine on delayed hypersensitivity induced by 10% SRBC.Methods:The delayed hypersensitivity was induced by subcutaneous injection of 10% SRBC into footpad of mice and procaine was used for treatment with hydrocortisone,normal saline as control.Results:The footpad degree of swelling,weight and inflammatory infiltration in the dermis of the footpad were apparently less in procaine treated mice than in normal saline control mice(P<0.01).Conclusions:Procaine can inhibit delayed hypersensitivity induced by 10% SRBC.更多还原
